At PeopleSmarts, we believe that EQ is the core competency for organizational sustainability. We build the essential skills of EQ in people and culture. We call this EQnomics: ensuring return on investment of human capital. We do this using assessments, group training and learning sessions, and one-on-one consultations and coaching with individuals and/or executive teams.
We don’t participate in a lot of the swashbuckling marketing and sales that you can see out there. We are down-to-earth and straight-forward. Our team is passionate about helping you improve your people and your business. We think we can help you develop the tools to be EQnomical but we don’t want you to just take our word for it: invite us in to see for yourselves. We offer all kinds of no-strings-attached demo’s.
