We offer management agreements to engage for a competitive % of collected revenues, or by consulting agreement for specific tasks with the development process. Again, equity investment is optional for us to engage.
Equity Investment is Optional- Most management companies require that they have an equity investment to engage and move forward. At BHS, we are open to investing with the physician / hospital group, but is not a requirement. We believe that the physician group should be in control of their facility design and it should be built the way they envision.
